You hear the phrase at natural speed. Pause and say it. Then the same phrase, slower. Say it again. Last, what people may say back to you.

The male voice is you. The female voice is the other person.

miteru dake desu

“Just looking.”

しちゃく しても いいですか？

shichaku shite mo ii desu ka?

“May I try it on?”

ほかの いろ、ありますか？

hoka no iro, arimasu ka?

“Do you have other colors?”

めんぜい、できますか？

menzei, dekimasu ka?

“Can I shop tax-free?”

プレゼントです

purezento desu

“It’s a gift.”

ふくろは いりません

fukuro wa irimasen

“I don’t need a bag.”

どれが にんきですか？

dore ga ninki desu ka?

“Which one is popular?”

これも ください

kore mo kudasai

“This one, too, please.”

これは なんですか？

kore wa nan desu ka?

“What is this?”
